小黄山位于常州市新北区孟河镇的西北部，整个山体形似卧龙，气势不凡，最高处海拔约95米，自然资源类型丰富，拥有新北区唯一、全市少见的山地和森林资源，它的保护性开发是孟河这座历史文化名镇的重要组成部分。按照《常州市旅游发展规划》，围绕小黄山3400亩的山体面积，会打造出“一带两心”空间格局，“一带”是指以小黄山山体为核心的带状公园，“两心”是指山体两端的两个特色旅游景区。其中位于山体东侧的森林文创园，是主要的旅游集聚地。

Xiaohuangshan is located in the northwest of menghe town in the new north district of changzhou city. The whole mountain looks like wolong with extraordinary momentum. The highest point is about 95 meters above sea level. According to the tourism development plan of changzhou city, a spatial pattern of "one belt and two hearts" will be created around the 3,400 mu mountain area of xiaohuangshan. "one belt" refers to the belt park with the mountain of xiaohuangshan as the core, and "two hearts" refers to the two characteristic tourist attractions at both ends of the mountain. The forest cultural and creative park, located on the east side of the mountain, is the main tourist destination.
