“水东”一词源于16世纪，在此以16条线作为设计依据，八条线作为水运之船，余下八条作为倒影，两者互相呼应，自然联想到水，寓意水东因水而兴的渊源；添一笔马头墙，更具极强的徽派印象，后从中贯通，既如古镇街道车辙的痕迹，又同象形的“水東”二字。；而线条宛若水东琥珀蜜枣纹理与枣木梳锯齿，加上枣形的印章凸显水东蜜枣文化，如一佩戴水东胸章之人，以开怀之态欢迎八方来客。配色上在保留徽派建筑的黑白灰主色调上，将马头墙印为胭脂红，如水墨画中的江南女子面颊上的那一抹胭脂红，让人过目不忘。

In the color matching, on the basis of retaining the black and white gray main color of the Huizhou architecture, the Horsehead wall is printed as rouge, like the rouge on the cheek of the Jiangnan woman in the ink painting, which is unforgettable.
